Osteopathy for Gardeners
Spring is thankfully on its way with snowdrops popping up everywhere and trees coming into bud. I’m sure gardeners are busy digging, mowing the lawn, weeding, planting bulbs and shrubs and even beating the cost of living crisis, by growing your own.
When gardening don't forget to take regular breaks from what you are doing, to allow yourself to straighten up, stretch your back and change position. Get help moving heavy pots and plants.
If you have got involved a bit too enthusiastically and are suffering from a sore and stiff back, neck pain and possible leg and arm pain, osteopathy may be the help you need. I can also give advice about exercise and posture. Osteopathy can stretch and massage those tired and aching muscles and mobilise those stiff joints.
